• Books, fulfilled through Amazon
• Other creative goods as listed on the Site

Payments for eligible products are processed through Square.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. When purchasing these items, you also agree to the terms and policies of those partners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Printful’s production timelines, shipping policies, and return rules apply.

4.4 Books

Books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and return policies apply.

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, we do not guarantee that:

• Colors will appear exactly as shown
• Product descriptions are error-free
• Availability is always current

Original artwork ships directly from Mavenmob.

6.2 Third-Party Fulfillment

For Printful, Amazon, and OpenRare purchases, shipping and delivery timelines are controlled by those providers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Customs
• Third-party fulfillment partners
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final unless the item arrives damaged.

7.2 NFTs

NFT purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

7.3 Printful Merchandise

Returns and exchanges follow Printful’s policies.
Typically, Printful only accepts returns for misprints, defects, or damaged items.

7.4 Books

Returns follow Amazon’s return policies.

7.5 Order Errors

9. NFT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

When you purchase an NFT through OpenRare:

• You own the token, not the underlying copyright
• You receive a limited license to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use
• You may resell the NFT on compatible marketplaces

You may not:

• Create derivative works
• Use the artwork commercially
• Mint new NFTs using the artwork
• Claim authorship

Unless explicitly granted in writing.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site
• Upload harmful code
• Misuse content or intellectual property
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
