Mavenmob operates an online store that sells:

• Original artwork (paintings, sculptures)
• Digital artwork and NFTs, fulfilled through OpenSea and Objkt
• Print-on-demand merchandise (shirts, t-shirts, stickers, etc.), fulfilled through Printify and its network of third-party print providers
• Books, fulfilled through Amazon
• Other creative goods as listed on the Site

Payments for eligible products are processed through PayPal, WooPayments, and Credit/Debit Cards.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. When purchasing these items, you also agree to the terms and policies of those partners.

2. eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. account registration

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. products & availability

4.1 original artwork

Original paintings and sculptures are one-of-a-kind items. Once sold, they cannot be restocked.

4.2 nfts (digital artwork)

NFTs are minted, listed, and fulfilled through OpenSea (Ethereum/Polygon) and Objkt (Tezos).
Purchasing an NFT means you agree to the platform terms of OpenSea or Objkt, including blockchain network fees, wallet requirements, and marketplace policies.

4.3 print-on-demand merchandise (printify)

All print-on-demand merchandise is produced and shipped by Printify and its network of independent print providers.
Printify’s production timelines, shipping policies, and replacement rules apply to all print-on-demand items.

Printify items cannot be included in local delivery or local pickup options. All Printify products ship directly from Printify’s partner facilities.

4.4 books

Books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and return policies apply.

4.5 product descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, we do not guarantee that:

• Colors will appear exactly as shown
• Product descriptions are error-free
• Availability is always current

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. pricing & payments

5.1 pricing

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply depending on your location.

5.2 payment processing

We use PayPal, WooPayments, and Credit/Debit Cards to securely process payments.
By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s and WooPayments’ payment terms and privacy practices.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

6. shipping & delivery

6.1 original artwork

Original artwork ships directly from Mavenmob.
Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and packaging requirements.

6.1.1 edmonton area local delivery (original art only)

Local delivery is available only for Original Art within the Edmonton Area. Printify items are not eligible for local delivery.

By selecting Edmonton Area Local Delivery, the customer agrees to the following:

• We will attempt to contact you via email and phone to arrange delivery.
• You must check your junk/spam folder for missed emails.
• You must ensure your phone is reachable and pick up the phone for delivery coordination.
• If we cannot reach you, your item will be held indefinitely until successful contact is made.
• No refunds or cancellations will be issued due to missed communication attempts.

6.2 third-party fulfillment

For Printify, Amazon, OpenSea, and Objkt purchases, shipping and delivery timelines are controlled by those providers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Customs
• Third-party fulfillment partners
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. returns, refunds & cancellations

7.1 original artwork

All sales of original artwork are final unless the item arrives damaged.

7.2 nfts

NFT purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

7.3 printify merchandise

Returns and exchanges follow Printify’s policies.
Printify typically only accepts returns for manufacturing defects, misprints, or items damaged during shipping.

Printify does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes.

7.4 books

Returns follow Amazon’s return policies.

7.5 order errors

If you believe there is an error with your order, contact us at info@mavenmob.com within 7 days of delivery.

8. intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on mavenmob.com are the exclusive property of Mavenmob or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Resell
• Use for commercial purposes

Purchasing an original artwork or NFT does not grant you copyright unless explicitly stated.

9. nft ownership & license

When you purchase an NFT through OpenSea or Objkt:

• You own the token, not the underlying copyright
• You receive a limited license to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use
• You may resell the NFT on compatible marketplaces (OpenSea, Objkt, Rarible, etc.)

You may not:

• Create derivative works
• Use the artwork commercially
• Mint new NFTs using the artwork
• Claim authorship

Unless explicitly granted in writing.

10. user conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site
• Upload harmful code
• Misuse content or intellectual property
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

11. third-party links & services

The Site contains links to third-party platforms (OpenSea, Objkt, Printify, Amazon, PayPal, WooPayments).
We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their policies
• Their actions
• Their security practices

Your use of those services is at your own risk.

12. disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of information
• That products will meet your expectations

13. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavenmob is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Issues caused by third-party providers
• Blockchain network failures
• Shipping delays or carrier errors

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

14. indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mavenmob harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights

15. privacy policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

16. changes to terms

17. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. use of purchased art (the “please don’t get us arrested” clause)

Once you purchase artwork from Mavenmob, it officially becomes yours to enjoy, display, cherish, or contemplate dramatically at 3 a.m. However, we are not responsible for anything you choose to do with it after it leaves our hands — including (but not limited to):

• Using it as inspiration for graffiti masterpieces on public or private property
• Violating local, provincial, federal, intergalactic, or multiverse laws
• Attempting to wield it as a weapon, shield, or political statement
• Any creative decisions that result in fines, arrests, community service, or stern lectures from law enforcement

In short: buy the art, love the art, but please don’t commit crimes with the art. Whatever you do out there is entirely on you.
